- Realize we all have cell phones, so it's not really a big deal that the phone lines are down.
- Imagine how freaky it would be if everyone's cell phone simultaneously went down.

My mind would flash to the same thing. A dead phone line is always a sign of impending doom in the mysteries I have read. Almost all cell phone communication was down for weeks in the New Orleans area post Katrina and it wreaked havoc. I'm guessing it will happen eventually if there is a big enough natural disaster, but it still is creepy to think about.
PS-Please please please have me and the girls over to your house for some girl time!!! I'm definitely up for it.

Bill and I recently had one of those moments on a Sunday when our power went out, the car died, and our cell phones wouldn't work. My first thought...aliens.
